By signing up to the Passenger Panel you are agreeing to receive emails relating to the Panel from Gatwick Express, Great Northern, Southern or Thameslink.
You can expect to receive these when a new poll, survey or forum is planned.
- Members need access to the internet and a valid email address
- Consultations and discussions take place through online surveys and real-time forums
- Gatwick Express, Great Northern, Southern or Thameslink provides feedback on the findings of each survey via the website and member's comments on the real-time forums are responded to directly, or after follow up by managers from the respective brands
- Membership of the Panel may be limited to one year, considering demand and participation
- We will manage our data by removing accounts with email addresses which cease to work
